These terms govern your use of the ChatStars talent portal and your application for a role with us. By creating an account or submitting an application, you agree to these terms.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to work to apply. You agree that the information you provide is accurate and that documents you upload are genuine and your own.

Your account

You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for activity under your account. Do not share your login or impersonate anyone else.

The application process

Submitting an application does not guarantee an interview or an offer. Roles are commission-based and subject to our hiring assessment, interview, and training. All hires complete training before starting.

Acceptable use

• Don't submit false, misleading, or unlawful information.
• Don't upload content you don't have the right to share.
• Don't attempt to disrupt, probe, or misuse the portal.

Intellectual property

The portal, its content, training materials, and branding are owned by ChatStars and may not be copied or reused without permission.

Disclaimers

The portal is provided “as is.” We work to keep it available and accurate but make no guarantees of uninterrupted access.

Termination

We may suspend or remove access if these terms are breached. You may request deletion of your account at any time.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use means you accept the updated terms.
