Handle conversations with subscribers on behalf of top creators. Whether you're brand new or experienced, we'll train you on our proven methods and pair you with premium accounts.

We're currently hiring chatters (beginners and experienced), chat managers, and queue managers. Chatters handle direct conversations with subscribers, while managers lead teams and keep operations running across creator accounts.
We run shifts around the clock to cover all time zones. Available slots vary, and we'll work with you to find the best fit during onboarding.
No — we have a full training program for beginners. If you do have experience, you can apply through the experienced track and skip the basics.
Chat managers oversee a team of chatters, monitor performance, ensure quality, handle scheduling, and drive revenue targets across multiple creator accounts. It's a leadership role that requires industry knowledge and management skills.
You're paid bi-weekly directly to the bank account you provide. Chatters are paid on commission — your earnings are driven by your results — plus performance bonuses and incentives. Managers receive a competitive salary plus bonuses.
Most applicants who complete the application are onboarded within a few days. We move fast when we find the right people.
